1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Basunnahe.lk ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Use of the Platform
You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree to:
- Provide accurate account and listing information
- Not post false, misleading, or illegal content
- Not misuse the Platform to harm others or our systems
- Comply with applicable laws in Sri Lanka and your jurisdiction
3. Accounts and Listings
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Listings must accurately describe the goods or services offered. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or our policies.
4. Transactions
Basunnahe.lk facilitates connections between users. We are not a party to transactions between users unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for your own dealings, including payment and delivery, and we are not liable for disputes or losses arising from user-to-user transactions.
5. Intellectual Property and Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant us a licence to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Platform. You must not infringe others' intellectual property or rights when posting.
6. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Basunnahe.lk and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for breach of these terms or for any other reason. You may close your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect after termination.
